Surrendered by a family who could
 no longer care for him.

 Screech Rescued Parrot
Screech - came to us in horrendous shape.
He was in need of serious medical attention, 
he had a pneumothroax that had gone untreated.  He was un handle able and
uncomfortable.  Now happy healthy and 
loving' life.

We were called in to rescue several parrots from an abandoned home where several parrots were left to fend for themselves.  Here is a picture of one of the cages that was housing the birds.  The conditions these poor birds were living in were appalling.
